Vandana Balakrishnan is a registered patent attorney and the founding partner of ReGen Tech Law, PC. Drawing on over 10 years of experience in IP law and a background in biomedical engineering, she delivers sophisticated patent and trademark counsel backed by deep technical fluency — building a genuine partnership with her clients from first invention disclosure through fundraising and beyond.
Prior to founding ReGen Tech Law, Vandana counseled and prosecuted patents and trademarks for leading medical device and technology companies including Boston Scientific, Stryker, Hologic, Magic Leap, and Oracle, as well as a broad range of early-stage startups. She brings particular depth to medical devices, emerging technology, and climate innovation — sectors where understanding the underlying science is just as important as knowing the law.
Vandana is also passionate about the intersection of innovation and sustainability.
